Medical education
I am obtaining my medical education at University College London. This is currently on pause however, while I conduct my PhD.
My research
My current research focuses on developing a machine learning algorithm that can understand the relationship between the amino acid sequences underlying T-cell receptors (TCRs) and their epitope specificities. My hope is to build such a model and apply it in the investigation of the anti-tumour immune response. For my research/PhD, I work under the supervision of Prof. Benny Chain (UCL) and Prof. Sergio Quezada (UCL Cancer Institute). My PhD is funded by Cancer Research UK, City of London Centre.
